Private equity discipline
in public markets.

We buy businesses, not tickers. Return on invested capital is the north star, downside is underwritten first, and every assumption is stated plainly enough to be proven wrong.

Illustrative motion. Not the performance of any account or strategy.

Consistent, not intermittently brilliant.

Our Mission Is To Deliver A Long-Term Investment Process That Is Consistent...Not Intermittently Brilliant.

Our Philosophy

We believe stock prices follow earnings and investors consistently under-react to changes in company fundamentals. We seek to acquire attractively valued businesses at a fair price and avoid statistically “cheap” businesses [value traps].

04Capabilities

Seven capabilities, one thread.

Every thesis is rebuilt from the filings rather than the summary. We reconstruct leverage, margins, and capital intensity ourselves so the conclusion belongs to us, not to the consensus.

We value a business across the cycle, not at the peak. Assumptions are stated on the page and stress-tested against a materially worse world before they earn any weight.

The north star. Three questions decide the work: how high are the returns, can they be defended, and can the business redeploy capital at the same rates for long enough to matter.

Size follows conviction and downside. Each position has to earn its place against every other one held, and against the cash it would replace.

We underwrite what we can lose before we model what we might make. Each thesis carries explicit falsifiers, the conditions that would tell us plainly that we are wrong.

Mandates are held in separate accounts, which keeps every portfolio tailored, tax-aware, and entirely private to the client who owns it.

A process built to be repeated and examined. Position-level transparency and a documented method that withstands the scrutiny of consultants, allocators, and plan sponsors.
